Welcome to Breemetic ("Breemetic", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Breemetic and any person who accesses, browses, registers, purchases products from, or otherwise uses the website https://breemetic.com (the "Website").
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting information, or using any services offered through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies published on the Website from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or terminate services if we reasonably believe a user has provided false information or violated these Terms.

2.1 Breemetic operates an online platform offering skincare, haircare, beauty, wellness, personal care, hair growth, minoxidil-based products, and related products.
2.2 Product availability may vary and Breemetic reserves the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or remove any product at any time without prior notice.
2.3 Product images displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, labeling, color, appearance, size, and design may vary.
3. MEDICAL, COSMETIC & HAIR GROWTH DISCLAIMER
3.1 The information provided on the Website is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare recommendations.
3.2 Individual results from skincare, haircare, hair growth, minoxidil, cosmetic, wellness, and personal care products may vary depending on age, genetics, lifestyle, scalp condition, skin condition, medical history, and other factors.
3.3 Breemetic does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to hair regrowth, hair density improvement, reduction of hair loss, skin improvement, anti-aging effects, acne reduction, pigmentation reduction, or any other claimed benefit.
3.4 Customers are advised to consult a qualified physician, dermatologist, trichologist, or healthcare professional before using products containing active ingredients such as Minoxidil or any product intended for hair growth or cosmetic use.
3.5 Breemetic shall not be liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, side effects, misuse, overuse, adverse reactions, interactions with medications, or failure to achieve expected results.
4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
4.1 Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by Breemetic.
4.2 Breemetic reserves the right to reject, cancel, limit, or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions, pricing errors, stock unavailability, abuse of promotions, or operational limitations.
4.3 In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
5. COD, RTO & RE-SHIPPING POLICY
5.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) services may be offered on selected products, locations, and pincodes.
5.2 Customers are expected to accept delivery once an order has been dispatched.
5.3 If a shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any customer-related reason, the order may be treated as Return-To-Origin (RTO).
5.4 For Prepaid Orders, COD Orders, and Partial COD Orders that are returned after dispatch, Breemetic reserves the right to deduct a processing and logistics fee of ₹100 from the eligible refund amount.
5.5 If a customer requests re-dispatch of a returned shipment, an additional ₹80 re-shipping charge shall be payable before the order is shipped again.
5.6 Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions, account suspension, or removal of COD eligibility.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 Return requests shall be handled according to Breemetic's Return & Refund Policy.
6.2 Breemetic reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds, replacements, credits, or exchanges.
6.3 Refund timelines may vary depending upon payment provider, banking partner, payment gateway, and processing requirements.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on Breemetic.com including logos, product photographs, graphics, designs, text, source code, videos, blogs, banners, trademarks, brand names, and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to Breemetic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from Breemetic.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breemetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising out of:
