Return and Exchange Policy :
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Empty product delivered To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Returning for a refund incurs a deduction of INR 300 from the total refund amount, whereas, for a replacement an INR 150 re-shipping fee will be applicable. Replacement completely depends on stock availability.
Important Notice for COD, Prepaid & Partial COD Orders
- If you return any order (COD, Prepaid, or Partial COD), a ₹100 processing and return handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you wish to have the returned order shipped to you again, an additional ₹80 re-shipping charge will apply.
- These charges cover courier, return logistics, packaging, and handling costs.
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
Example:
- Order Value: ₹999
- Returned Order Refund: ₹899 (₹100 deducted)
- Re-shipping the same order: Additional ₹85 payable before dispatch.
This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and cover logistics costs associated with returns and re-delivery.
Refund Conditions: A refund will be initiated only if the products are in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

If You Received Near-Expiry (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry) Product You Need To Inform Us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support. Once dispatched or ready for shipment, cancellation is not possible.
After Dispatch: If the order has been dispatched, you still have the option to cancel it by refusing delivery at your doorstep.
Combo Packs: Cancellation requests for products that are part of a combo pack or partial item cancellation will result in the cancellation of the entire combo pack/ entire order.
Refund Processing: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.

Cancellation due to returned shipment: If your shipment is returned to our breemetic India warehouse due to RTO or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once it reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 24-48 hours.
Note: If you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and they may still attempt delivery. In such a case, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the order.
